How to manage mailbox delegation in Office 365  - Step by step with screenshots 

 

1. Login Office 365.

2. Click Admin>Exchange.

3. Click mailboxes under recipients.

4. Double click on the user you want to manage.

5. Click mailbox delegation.

6. You can manage Send As, Send on Behalf and Full Access.
