Can't make the connection of Linksys router to router VPN

Symptom: When creating a Linksys router to router VPN, the router shows disconnected but the log doesn't list any errors.

Cause:  incorrect Local Secure Group or Remote Secure Group. For consultants, refer to JO081204.

Error IKE[1] **Check your PFS setting ! from Linksys

Causes: Authentication, IKE, and pre-shared keys don’t match. For consultants, refer to case 113004WA

Router Common Issues on Linksys Routers

Symptom: You have setup two Linksys routers as a gateway to gateway VPN. The both routers display the VPN "Connect". However, you can't ping the remote computer by name or ip, and the log doesn't list any errors.
2. PPTP doesn't pass through.

Causes: 1. Incorrected Secure Group settings.
2. Incorrected
Remote Security gateway (in most cases, Any doesn't work)
3. Incorrected Dynamic Routing Mode.
3. Software no function.

Symptom: when creating a Linksys router to router VPN, you may receive error "This tunnel should not be initiator" in the log.
