Create bootable USB for windows 98

1. Download HP Format Toll from here: http://www.chicagotech.net/Tools/HPUSBFormatTool.exe

2. Download Windows 1998 bootable files from here: http://chicagotech.net/Tools/win98boot.zip

3. Run HPUSBFormatTool.exe. Make sure the device is USB drive. file system can be FAT or FAT32. Select Quick Format and Create a DOS startup disk. Browse to the unzipped windows 1998 boot files. Click Start to format the USB drive and copy the boot files.
