ProSafe Troubleshooting - Using Log Viewer

The ProSafe Log Viewer is very helpful diagnostic tool when troubleshooting  the IKE negotiations that occur during Authentication (Phase 1).

There are two ways to open the Log Viewer:

1. From Start>Programs>ProSafe VPN Client>Log Viewer.

2. In the Windows system tray, right-click the proSafe icon, and then click Log Viewer.
