How to move AD from sbs2000 to Windows 2003
1. Run "adprep /forestprep" and "adprep /domainprep"
command on SBS 2000 to
prepare it for Windows Server 2003 DC.

2. Promote the 2003 Server to DC.
3. Transfer the FSMO roles to the new 2003 Server.
