How to install and configure VPN on Windows 2008 9. To configure RRAS, open the Server Manager, expand the Roles node in the left pane of the console. Expand the Network Policy and Access Services node and click on the Routing and Remote Access node. Or you can go to Administrative Tools>Routing and Remote Access. Right click on the Routing and Remote Access node and click Configure and Enable Routing and Remote Access
8. If you have two NICs on the server, select Remote access (dial-up or VPN). After click Next, check VPN.
