How to manually initiate software update synchronization in SCCM  - Step by step with screenshots 

 

if you don't schedule to synchronize the software update, you may want to manually initiate software update synchronization in SCCM.

 

1. Run SCCM Console.

2. Navigate too Site Database>Computer Management>Software Update.

3. Right click on Update Repository and Run Synchronization.
4. Software updates synchronization is initiated as soon as possible. When synchronization is complete, a request is sent to child sites to initiate synchronization.
