How do we configure network in Failover Cluster  - Step by step with screenshots

We get lot questions regarding the Failover Cluster network configuration. I am posting one of our Failover Cluster  as example and hope that will help others.

1. There are total 12 NICs.

2. 2 NICs are created as NIC Teaming for MgmtTeam.

3. 3 NICs are configured for VLAN such as VLAN 1, 10, 200 and 800. Note: VLAN 800 is for SAN.

4. 1 NIC for Cluster Shared Volumes.

5. 1 NIC for HeartBeat.

6. 1 nIC for LiveMigration

7. 3 NICs are for iSCSI.

8. 1 NIC is disable at this time as spare.

9. In the Hyper-v, we create 4 Virtual Networks for VLAN 800, VLAN 1, VLAN 10 and VLAN 200.
