To print Outlook Contacts onto an envelop, follow these steps.

  1. Open the Contact.
  2. Click File and then Print.
  3. Double-click on Properties.
  4. Under Layout, Double-click Advanced.
  5. Under paper/Output and Paper Size, click narrow down to select Envelop.
