NTBackup: Check your network credentials - Your network user name or password has expired - Step by step with screenshots
Situation: The client is using NTBackup/Windows Backup to back up their Windows 7 computer. The backup status shows it completes successfully. However, we don't see the new backup in the backup storage.
Troubleshooting: Open the Windows Backup by going to System>Backup and Restore. We see an error: Check your network credentials - Your network user name or password has expired. Correcting the password fixes the problem.
