Is it possible to transfer files from one site to another?

A: 1. If the two sites you referred to are different site collections. We can open the document libraries in two site collections in Explorer view and drag and drop the document files directly. To open the document
library in Explorer view, click the Explorer View in library views or click Action >Open in Windows Explorer.

2. If the two sites are just two subsites under a site collection, or one is parent site and the other is child site, we can move the files in "Site Content and Structure". To open "Site Content and Structure", please click
Site Actions > Site Settings > Modify All site settings > Site Administration > Content and Structure. In this page, we can checked the files you want to transfer and click Actions > Copy, and then specify the document
library in the other site via the site tree view.
