How to migrate mailbox to Office 365 using CSV file- Step by step with screenshots 

 

1. in Office 365, open Exchange admin center.

2. Click recipients in the left pane.

3. Click migration.

4. Click + sign.


5.   In the new migration batch, select CSV file.

 

6. Enter on-premises account credentials.  

10. Enter the Exchange server, RPC proxy server, and select Authentication, Mailbox Permission.

 

 

11. Enter migration batch name.

12. Choose the Start batch options: manually start or automatically start.
