How to move iSCSI volume from one server to another  - Step by step with screenshots

Q: We have a share folder on Windows 2003 connecting an iSCSI volume. We are planning to move the iSCSI volume to a Windows 2012 R2 file server. What’s the procedure to dismount the iSCSI volume on Windows 2003 and mount it on Windows 2012 R2. Especially, I don’t see offline option in Windows 2003 Disk Management.
