How to migrate mailbox in Exchange 2013 - Step by step with screenshots

1. Login Exchange Admin Center.

2. Click recipients>migration.

3. Click + and select Move to a different database or Move to this forest.

4. Select the users. Note: you can create CVS file to move multiple users.

5. Select Archive options and target database.

6. You have multiple option to start/complete the batch. Decide if you want to manually start/comlete the batch or automatically start it.

7. When the batch finishes, you may receive this message: "The migration batch Move Support email has finished initial synchronization".

8. In the migration page, click Complete this migration batch if you selected complete manually.

Note: 1. COMPLETION – will sync and disconnect user…
2. OUTLOOK will reconnect… but may need to close and re-launch Outlook
3. SAY NO to safe mode should you be prompted
4. Re-configure Outlook Anywhere, iPad, iPhone and Android. Or delete old settings and re-create new email address.
