How to configure XenApp Server - Step by step with screenshots 

1. Open Citrix XenApp Server Role Manager.

2. Under Server Configuration Tasks, click configure.

3. In Choose a task to perform, you have options to Create a new  server farm and Add this server to an existing server farm

4. Enter XenApp Server farm name and administrator account.

5. Choose a SQL Database.

6. Enter database credentials.

7. in configure shadowing, you have these options: Prohibit shadowing of user sessions on this server, Prohibit remote control, Prohibit remote, Force a shadows acceptance popup, Force logging of all shadow connections.  

8. In Specify advanced server settings, check Use a custom zone name.

9. Enter SQL database credentials and test the connection.

10. Setup custom zone name.

11. Click Apply to save the configuration.
