How to extend partition using diskpart.exe

Q: I have two partitions on a disk. I want to delete partition E and extend partition C to use the full disk. How do I do that?

A: You need to delete partition E first.

And then, you can use diskpart to extend partition C:
1) Start -> Type "command prompt", right click it in the program list and
Run as Administrator
2) Run "diskpart"
3) Then "list volume", assuming Partition C is Volume 0
4) Then "select volume 0"
5) Then "extend size=xxx", xxx is in Megabyte
6) If it extends successfully, you will see "DiskPart successfully extended
the volume."
