How to use Remote Assistance/Easy Connect to help someone in Windows 8  - Step by step with screenshots 

 

1. In Start screen, type remote ass and select Settings under Search.

2. Click Invite someone to connect to your PC and help you or offer to help someone else.


  

3. In Windows Remote Assistance, click Help someone who has invited you.

 

4. You may see this screen if this is the first time to use Easy Connect and click User Easy Connect.

 

Or you may see screen if you have used Easy Connect before and select your option.

 

5. Enter the password from the person requesting assistance.

  

6. Now, you should see the desktop of the remote computer.
