How to use Remote Assistance/Easy Connect to help someone in Windows 2012  - Step by step with screenshots 

 

1. In Start screen, type remote ass and select Settings under Search.

2. Click Invite someone to connect to your PC and help you or offer to help someone else.


  

3. In Windows Remote Assistance, click Help someone who has invited you.

 

4. If the Use Easy Connect is grayed out, click Advanced connection option for help deskp.

 

5. Type a computer name or IP address or choose from the history.

  

6. if there are multiple users (RD users) are using the server, select a user from the list.

 

7. The user will receive Would you like to allow username to connect to your computer message. You should be able to access the remote server after the user click Yes.

 

8. Now, you should see the remote server screen.
