How to assign users to access Remoteapp in Windows 2012 R2  - Step by step with screenshots 

1. Open Server Manager and navigate to Remote Desktop Services>Collections>QuickSessionCollection.

2. Right click on the RemoteApp Program and click Edit Properties.

3. Click User Assignment n the left pane. Click Add to add the users or groups.

4. Save the settings.
